From September 2000 through December 2002, Mr. Mantsur was in charge of Strategy & Business Development at Alrov Group (TASE: ALRPR). Prior to joining Alrov, Mr. Mantsur was a projects manager at KPMG's Financial Advisory Services Division in Israel.

Mr. Mantsur holds an MBA and a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University, a CPA license and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
